Returns Form

Coach House will not accept returned goods unless the following procedures are adhered to:

  1. We must be notified in writing, within 7 working days, of any damages or shortages on a delivery.
  2. Under surfaces must be sealed wherever practical, before finishing goods; eg table tops.
  3. Any goods that have been coloured or finished will not be accepted as returns unless it is the manufacturer's fault
  4. The driver can only accept returns that have been authorized by Coach House.

Please note that a credit note will not be issued unless these procedures are strictly adhered to.
